I would like to say big thank you to Faith for her quick and professional response to my medical situation. Time was short, but she managed to arrange critical appointments in Cape Town within 1 day. I appreciated her follow up on my situation; she was genuinely worried and made sure the appointment went without any problem or delay. She exceeded my expectations by liaising with the doctor after the appointments to get the results, as I had some issues with email communication at that time.
I have recommended my friend, who needed some medical arrangements, to contact Faith and she was very happy with her services as well.
